Adding Decisions to Microsoft Teams left navigation menu
In Microsoft Teams you can configure the left navigation menu from the Microsoft Teams admin center using app setup policies.
The easiest way to add Decisions is to edit the global policy and add the Decisions app to it, but you can also create new custom policies and assign them to specific users.
For more details on app setup policies please refer to the Microsoft documentation on how to Manage app setup policies in Microsoft Teams.
