April 2026 - Product Updates
Smarter agendas, flexible templates, and faster minutes sharing.
Reorder decisions within agenda items
When multiple decisions are logged under a single agenda item, the order they appear in can matter — especially for voting, minutes, exports, and governance workflows. Previously, there was no way to rearrange decisions once they were added.
You can now drag and drop decisions within an agenda item to reorder them. The new order is saved automatically and persists across views and exports.
Create new personal agenda templates
You can now create agenda templates directly from the Agenda templates menu — without needing to start from an existing meeting or agenda first.
Open the templates view, select "My templates," and click "New template" to build a reusable agenda structure from scratch. Your templates are stored in your personal OneDrive, so they're always available across your meetings.
Select and share multiple Agenda Item Minutes at once
Sharing minutes for individual agenda items is now faster. Instead of sharing one item at a time, you can select multiple agenda items and share their minutes in a single step via Teams, email, or both.
If a recipient is included on more than one item, their email notifications are automatically merged into a single message to avoid clutter.
AI Agenda Assistant now accepts Excel files
Following the recent addition of PowerPoint support, AI Agenda Assistant now also accepts Excel file uploads. When you upload a .xlsx or .csv file, Decisions processes the content and uses it as input for generating a structured agenda.
This is useful when your meeting prep lives in spreadsheets (e.g., budget summaries, project trackers, status reports, data reviews). Just drag and drop or browse for your file, and Decisions handles the rest.
Use a previous recap as the basis for your AI Agenda
When using AI Agenda Assistant, you can now choose to use a previous meeting recap as the basis for your entire agenda — not just include it as a separate agenda item.
Toggle "Use as basis for agenda" when selecting a previous recap, and Decisions will use the content from that meeting to shape the structure and topics of your new agenda. This is especially useful for recurring meetings where each session picks up where the last one left off.
