Decisions Mobile App — 3 updates for better in-person and hybrid meetings

Not every meeting happens at a desk. With the Decisions Mobile App, you can generate AI Recaps and Minutes for in-person, hybrid, and on-site meetings. It even works when the meeting is multilingual.

What's new:

  • Share recaps before you leave the room – AI Recaps are now shareable to Teams chats, channels, or email directly from the app. One tap from your phone, no desktop required.

  • Any attendee can contribute their transcript – The person who records the meeting isn't always the organizer (it's whoever had their phone out). Now attendees can share their transcript with the organizer, who uses it to generate AI Recaps and Minutes.

  • Recordings survive interruptions – If the app closes mid-recording, reopen it and you're taken straight back to the meeting to keep going.
