Change the organization name in the Decisions admin portal
Change the Organization name to control how your Organization appears in Decisions emails and meeting outputs. This name shows in published agenda notifications, notification emails, and places like minutes.
What this setting does
The Organization name is the display name used across the Decisions platform.
The default value is loaded from your Office 365 tenant. You can update it anytime.
Common reasons to change it:

Your Organization name changed after a rebrand or merger

The name was incorrect when Decisions was first set up
Change the Organization name

Open the Decisions Admin Portal

Expand Org settings

Select General
-
In Organization name, enter the name you want displayed

Select Save
✅ The new name will be used going forward in Decisions notifications and outputs.
Where the Organization name appears
After you update the setting, the Organization name can appear in:

Published Agenda notifications

Notification emails
-
Meeting outputs like Minutes
