Decisions Connector for Microsoft Copilot
Ask Microsoft 365 Copilot about your meetings — agendas, recaps, decisions, tasks, and files from Decisions. Admins manage access in the admin center.
The Decisions agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot is available now. Ask Copilot about any meeting you run in Decisions and get its agenda, AI Recap, minutes, logged decisions, action items, and files — and shape agendas in your own words.
For IT admins: access to the Decisions agent is managed in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Open Agents → All agents to monitor and manage it across your organization, or deploy and assign it to users under Settings → Integrated apps. See Microsoft's guide to managing agents for Copilot.
What you can do
- Ask what was decided in any meeting and see the logged decisions
- Get AI Recaps, key takeaways, and minutes — and prepare for upcoming meetings
- Track open action items with owners and due dates
- Find meeting files, decks, notes, and recordings across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Add, update, or suggest agenda items and publish an agenda — Copilot asks you to confirm before any change is made
It all works in natural language, wherever you use Microsoft 365 Copilot.
How to get started
- Admins: make the Decisions agent available to your users from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Agents → All agents, or Settings → Integrated apps).
- Everyone: open the agent list in Microsoft 365 Copilot and select Decisions — it's included with the Decisions app for Microsoft Teams.
- Ask away: "What's on the agenda for my next meeting?", "What did we decide in the last leadership meeting?", "Find the deck from last week's all-hands."
Security and permissions
Your meeting data stays in your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. The agent acts with each person's own sign-in, so nobody sees anything through Copilot they couldn't already open in Microsoft 365. Changes are limited to agenda items and always confirmed first. Will my meeting data be used to train AI models?
No. Decisions never uses your meeting content to train AI models, and your data stays in your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. See the Decisions Trust Center for details.
Do I manage this with the MCP access toggle?
No — Microsoft Copilot has its own native integration, managed in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The MCP access toggle in the Decisions Admin portal covers MCP-based connectors such as Claude.
