Decisions Connector for Microsoft Copilot (Coming Soon)
Decisions is bringing your meeting agendas, recaps, decisions, and tasks into Microsoft Copilot. Here's what's coming and how it will work.
The Decisions™ connector for Microsoft Copilot is coming soon. It will bring the meeting content your team manages in Decisions — agendas, recaps, decisions, action items, and files — into Microsoft Copilot, so you can ask about your meetings right where you already work.
Decisions is built natively on Microsoft 365, and Copilot is Microsoft's AI for that same environment. Connecting the two makes Copilot smarter about your meetings and decisions — every answer grounded in a proper system of record.
What you'll be able to do
- Ask what was decided — "What did we decide in yesterday's leadership sync?" Answers come from your team's logged decision register.
- Get recaps and prepare — AI Recap summaries, takeaways, and the agenda for your next leadership or steering meeting.
- Track follow-through — open action items with owners, due dates, and status.
- Find meeting files — decks, notes, and recordings across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
You'll ask in your own words, in the Copilot experiences your organization already uses — Microsoft Teams, Word, and Copilot chat.
How it will work
The connector follows the same security model as everything Decisions builds: your meeting data stays in your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant, and Copilot accesses it with each person's own permissions — no one sees anything through Copilot they couldn't already open in Microsoft 365.
Administrators stay in control: the Copilot connector is enabled through the Microsoft 365 admin center, and the Connectors page in the Decisions admin portal will show it alongside our other AI connectors.

Will my meeting data be used to train AI models?
No. Your meeting content stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant and is governed by your organization's Microsoft 365 policies. See the Decisions Trust Center for our security and compliance documentation.
What will admins need to do?
Enable the connector through the Microsoft 365 admin center when it becomes available. The Connectors page in the Decisions admin portal will show its status alongside our other AI connectors.
