How to add the Decisions app for easy access to Teams on desktop and mobile

Pinning the app will ensure that you always have Decisions ready when you need to search for something, get an overview of your meetings or create a new agenda.

To easily access the Decisions application, you can pin it within the desktop app for Teams, and relocate it within the Teams mobile application. 

On desktop

If the Decisions icon is already present on the left-hand side of your application because it is open, simple right-click and select 'Pin.'Pin app when open
If the icon is missing, locate the three dots () on the left side of your Teams application on desktop and click them.

From there, right-click the Decisions icon and choose "Pin."   Pin app when searching    

On mobile

In the main view, select the three-dot () menu on the bottom that says 'More.'

Then select 'Reorder' from the next page.

From there, you can drag and drop the Decisions application. Placing it in the first four at the top of the list will let Decisions show on the main screen as one of the four options at the bottom.
