Learn how you can utilize Decisions admin portal and Microsoft admin centers to learn about adoption and usage of Decisions applications

There are several ways for admins to see how Decisions is being used and adopted across your organization. Below are five key places to check, covering both the Decisions admin portal and Microsoft admin portals.

Decisions admin portal

  • Active users (last 90 days)

    • In the Manage licenses tab in Decisions Admin Portal, all active and licensed users will be listed with their current status. This gives you a quick overview of who have accessed Decisions across different entrypoints. The report can also be exported. 

  • Teams with Decision installed

    • Under the Group overview tab in Decisions admin portal, you can also see all the different Teams team and O365 groups that have been used with Decisions, and the members of those teams/groups. 

Microsoft admin portals

  • Teams admin center: Use the Teams analytics reports to see usage of the Decisions apps alongside other apps installed in Teams.

  • Microsoft 365 admin center: The usage reports provide a broader view of Decisions adoption across your M365 environment.

  • Azure portal (enterprise apps): The enterprise app usage and insights page shows app-specific sign-ins and usage patterns for Decisions.
