Updates and launches for Decisions features from January 2024, including the ability to upload transcript files to meeting recaps, more ways to make Meeting Slides, and enhancements the in-meeting experience.

'Meeting Slides' enhancements

Now you can create, access and present Meeting Slides much more easily! Meeting Slides (formerly known as Presentation Pack) allow you to create a branded, beautiful PowerPoint presentation in seconds from your meeting agenda. Previously, only meeting organizers, co-authors and delegates could create the file, but they can now be generated by any meeting attendee.

AI Minutes available for OneNote (Beta)

AI Minutes, previously available for export in Word only, can now be exported and merged in OneNote. This is currently a public beta feature, available to all users with access to AI features. 

Upload your own transcript for recap

When using AI to create your Meeting Recap and AI Minutes, Decisions typically auto-retrieves the Meeting Transcript. Sometimes, this may not work due to various factors. In such cases, you can now manually upload your transcript to include it in your AI-crafted Recap and AI Minutes. 

Quick prompts added to Meeting Recap generator

A range of 'quick prompts' is now available for fine-tuning your Meeting Recap before sharing. While you can input any custom questions or commands for the AI assistant, these quick prompts represent the most popular methods users prefer for editing the document.

New action tabs for in-meeting side panel + enhanced access for guests

This month's updates to the in-meeting experience — the side-panel available during the meeting with quick access to Decisions features and content — allows you to now access the agenda, tasks, decisions and my Notes.

Additionally, guest presenters and guest attendees can now access the in-meeting experience. This update ensures that they can see the agenda and other content, but only the sections they have been given permission to contribute to or view
