View AI Minutes version history and edits
When creating AI meeting minutes, you can now use a dedicated side panel to view version history and track any edits you requested or made manually.
If an AI-generated change isn't what you expected, you can easily revert to a previous version — making it safer to experiment, refine language, and iterate without losing earlier work.
Assign presenters in your AI Agenda prompts
When building an AI Agenda, if you specify a presenter's name in your prompt, Decisions will now automatically assign that presenter to the relevant agenda item.
For example, prompts like, "Create an agenda where Sarah presents the Q1 roadmap and Andy reviews budget updates" will produce agenda items with Sarah and Andy already assigned.
This update helps you move faster when creating agendas with AI. There's less editing, and you get a more complete agenda out of the gate.
Manage Standard and AI licenses in a single location
Standard and AI licenses are now managed together in the Decisions Admin Portal — no more switching between tabs.
