That's why we built Advanced Reporting, designed to give teams unmatched visibility into what decisions are being made, where and by whom. Here's what's new:
- Centralized reporting access: Admins configure which teams are required to share their meeting outcomes, giving approved users full visibility into decisions, agendas and minutes — all in one place
- Search & filters: Search by title or decision; filter by team, date, status, tags or presence of finalized minutes
- Custom views: Save and reuse filter combinations for quicker access to key reports
- Export to Excel: Download selected decision data for audit, sharing or offline analysis

Structured Approvals – Get the right sign-offs at the right time
Like Advanced Reporting, Structured Approvals adds powerful new controls to Decisions, making it easy to get the right sign-offs at the right time — with clarity, accountability and traceability built-in. Here's how it works:
Choose a decision-making framework:
- RAPID: Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, Decide
- RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed
- Custom: Define 1-9 roles with your own labels
Manage roles and timing:
- Each role is assigned to one user
- Unanimous approval is required
- Approvals can be opened automatically or triggered in-meeting
- Works during meetings or asynchronously
