Edit individual sections of your AI Minutes
You no longer need to regenerate an entire minutes draft just to fix one section.
Within the AI Minutes modify panel, you can now select a specific summary section and give it a targeted instruction, like "Make this a bullet point list" or "Make this more concise." The rest of your minute stays exactly as it is.
As with full edits, you can revert any change using version history if the result isn't what you expected.
Upload PowerPoint files to AI Agenda Assistant
AI Agenda Assistant now accepts .ppt uploads. When you upload a PowerPoint file, Decisions automatically converts it to PDF and processes it the same way — extracting content to help generate a structured agenda.
This means you can use slide decks from previous meetings, project briefs, or presentation outlines as input for your AI-generated agenda. Just drag and drop or browse for your file, and Decisions takes care of the rest.
