Highlight text in your agenda items

You can now highlight text directly in agenda item descriptions to draw attention to important instructions, reminders or materials.

 

Edit AI Minutes before sharing

You can now directly edit text, add or remove tasks, and add or remove decisions before exporting AI Minutes to Word or OneNote.

 

Include vote results in meeting minutes

Basic vote results (Yes / No / Abstain) now appear directly with the decision in meeting minutes, ensuring clearer and more complete meeting documentation.

This is enabled automatically for the standard minutes template. Organizations using custom templates will need an update to display this information.
