Smarter in-app help and more flexible agendas.


Ask the Decisions AI Assistant for product help

The Decisions AI Assistant has been upgraded to provide smart, fast answers when you need help. Available in both the My Assistant tab and as a chat pop-up in the lower-right of Decisions, the assistant uses our Help Center knowledge to respond to product questions directly in your workflow.

You can ask about features, setup or troubleshooting, and receive step-by-step guidance with helpful links. For example, you can ask, "How do I access the Admin Portal?"

The assistant is also context-aware: it recognizes where you are in Decisions, such as which meeting page you're viewing, and tailors its answers to your situation. This makes it easier than ever to get the help you need without breaking focus or leaving the app.

Add custom agenda item types

You can now customize the types of agenda items available in Decisions. This allows your organization to better reflect the way you run meetings and capture outcomes.

Admins can configure agenda item types in the Admin Portal. These will appear in the agenda item dropdown alongside the standard options such as For Decision, For Discussion, and For Information.
