September 2025 - Product Updates

Smarter in-app help, custom agenda item types and more.

Two big upgrades to My Meeting Assistant

September 2025 Product Updates - AI Assistant Upgrade

Your personal AI meeting assistant can handle it all — daily briefings, scheduling, reminders, recaps and more — all accessible from the My Assistant tab or your Microsoft Teams chat.

Now, it's even more powerful with these updates:

  • Pop-up window access: Open the assistant anytime from the lower-right of Decisions — help is just a click away, without leaving your workflow.
  • Decisions product knowledge: Ask about features, setup or troubleshooting, and get step-by-step guidance with relevant links.

The assistant is also context-aware. It recognizes where you are in Decisions and tailors answers to your situation. Try asking:

  • "Schedule another meeting with these same people"
  • "Add transcription and recording to this meeting"
  • “How do I turn on automatic AI recaps?"

Custom agenda item types – Use your team's internal terminology

September 2025 Product Updates - Custom Agenda Types

You already know the standard agenda item types in Decisions — For Decision, For Discussion and For Information.

Now, admins can configure custom agenda item types that reflect your organization's internal terminology/language. Anything added will appear in the agenda item dropdown alongside the standard options.

This is a premium feature requiring additional fees — contact us to request a demo or learn how to get access.

Advanced Reporting – Now with full visibility into decisions and meetings

September 2025 Product Updates - Advanced Reporting; Meetings-1

Decisions Advanced Reporting gives your organization in-depth visibility into what's been decided — what was logged, where and by whom.

And now it goes further: with reporting enabled, authorized users can also review meetings across the organization that have agendas. This makes it easy to spot when a decision should have been logged (but wasn’t) and gives a fuller picture of meeting activity across teams.

Together, the Logged Decisions report and Meetings With Agenda report deliver broader, more complete analysis — always limited to the access each user is granted.

This is a premium feature requiring additional fees — contact us to request a demo or learn how to get access.
