Why we have usage limits
Premium AI features in the Decisions platform give you powerful tools to work smarter in your meetings. To ensure these tools remain reliable, fair, and secure for everyone, we have a maximum usage limit in place.
Our Premium AI features require significant computing power and resources. Without limits, a small number of heavy-use cases could impact availability and performance for all organizations. Limits also help prevent abuse, protect against hacking or misuse, and maintain fairness so all organizations can access the benefits of Premium AI.
How the limits work
Premium AI usage is measured on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

Daily limit: Last 24hrs

Weekly limit: Last 7d

Monthly limit: Last 30d
If you reach a limit, Premium AI features will temporarily be unavailable until your limit resets for the next cycle.
What this means for you
Most users will never come close to hitting these limits. The thresholds are designed to accommodate normal, productive meeting preparation and follow-up. If you incorrectly encounter a being blocked, please reach out to our support team, and we will investigate the occurrence.
