Where is customer data stored and processed?
All data is processed and stored within your organization's Office 365 tenant and connected end-user devices.

Do you share customer data with any third party services?
No.

Does Decisions use meeting data to improve our AI Models?
No. When Decisions AI is enabled and in use, relevant data is processed transiently and automatically by Microsoft Azure OpenAI solely to deliver AI-powered features. The data is not stored or logged by Decisions or Microsoft, is not reviewed by humans, and is not used for training or model improvement. AI outputs are stored only in the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.
