Advanced reporting
New Decisions advanced reporting is designed to help teams track, filter and report on decisions at scale. Whether you're supporting internal governance or executive visibility, this tool provides the clarity and structure needed to surface key outcomes across your organization.
What’s new:
- Refreshed UI: Improved layout and color cues for easier navigation.
- New filters & search: Search by title or decision; filter by team, date, status, tags, or whether finalized PDF minutes exist.
- Save & reuse views: Save combinations of filters as custom views, accessible from the menu.
Use cases:
- Auditors & oversight (large organizations): Controllers and auditors can efficiently track and export decision records across multiple departments.
- Management (small-to-midsize organizations): Executives can gain clear visibilty into decision-making across all relevant teams without manual overhead.

Structured approvals
Structured approvals help teams bring clarity, accountability and governance to how decisions are finalized — ensuring the right people sign off at the right time. This is especially valuable for compliance-driven environments and teams aiming for better alignment.
Teams can choose from three framework types:
- RAPID (5-role framework): Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, Decide
- RACI (4-role framework): Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed
- Custom: Define 1–9 roles with your own labels
Across all frameworks:
- Each role is assigned to one user
- Unanimous approval is required
- Teams can control when approvals are open — the Meeting Admin can manually open them during the meeting, or they can be automatically opened upon creation
- Works during meetings or asynchronously, giving teams the flexibility to build approval flows that fit their way of working
Use cases:
- Auditing & traceability (large organizations): For teams that need documented proof of approval, especially in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Transparency & responsibility (any organization): Holds decision-makers accountable with clearly defined roles and recorded actions, supporting alignment and good governance.
- Efficient Approvals (any organization): Time-based or immediate availability of approval windows makes it easy to move quickly, which is especially useful leading up to meetings or when decisions happen outside of scheduled sessions.
