Assigning a Presenter to an Agenda topic

Assign one or more presenters to a specific agenda topic

  • You can assign one or more presenters by clicking the Assign Presenter button for each Agenda topic. This allows you to assign one or more of the meeting participants to that Agenda Topics.

  • You can also create description for a team or a placeholder for a given presenter by assigning them the presenter role. (For example <Marketing> will be responsible for an Agenda topic on new marketing campaigns.)
