Microsoft Copilot integration now live, My Meeting Assistant enters beta access, and more.
Decisions Now Integrated with Microsoft Copilot
We’re excited to announce our new integration with Microsoft Copilot, making it easier than ever to access Decisions right within Microsoft Teams. You can now find us listed under Copilot integrations in the Teams Store.
With the integration, Copilot can access, search through, and link to meeting agendas created in Decisions, allowing you to quickly reference important meeting details in just a few clicks.
We’re working on expanding our integration capabilities, so stay tuned for more exciting updates coming soon!
My Meeting Assistant — now in Beta
We're excited to roll out My Meeting Assistant, an AI-powered personal assistant designed to simplify meeting management and understand how you work, proactively. My Meeting Assistant offers daily briefings, agenda creation, meeting recaps, and scheduling – with much more to come – all accessible from the My Assistant tab in Decisions.
Retry AI Minutes Button on Empty Agenda Items
We've improved the handling of empty agenda items by automatically rerunning the AI with a focus on the specific item. If still empty, users can now use a "retry" button in the UI to try again themselves.
Group-Based License Management for Decisions AI
Managing large numbers of AI licenses just got easier! We're excited to roll out group-based license management for Decisions AI, designed to simplify license management for organizations with larger teams.
A new Group-Based Licenses tab is now available in the Admin Portal under Decisions AI. Here, administrators can manage licenses for groups instead of individual users, making the process faster and more scalable.
Updates to Moving Agenda Items to Future Meetings
We've added support for transferring agenda items to upcoming meetings without a standing agenda series. You can now also forward items even if the agenda is locked, making it easier to manage and adjust your meeting plans.
