Comments 2.0

We launched the updated and improved comments system, designed to facilitate direct communication straight from the Decisions agenda with individuals and groups.

This feature is seamlessly integrated with your Teams chat — every comment promotes effortless communication and follow-up in the interfaces you use every day. 

To get started, you can click on the Comments tile available at the top of your Agenda.

It will open the right panel for comments. Click on the Add button available on top. 

To interact with all the participants, select Meeting Chat, or to send a message to an individual participant, you can choose the person's name. 

To send the text, type the message and click the send arrow button on the bottom right.

To interact with individual presenters of a specific agenda item, Scroll on the agenda and click on the option "Comment."


You can select the presenter and send the message privately to the presenter.
