Case Submission: What it is and when to use it
Case submission is a premium Decisions feature that helps your Organization collect and approve proposed agenda topics (cases) with clear ownership, deadlines, and governance - all within Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
Overview
Case submission replaces informal emails, chats, and ad-hoc suggestions with a structured, auditable process for agenda nominations. It’s designed for meetings where topics must be submitted in advance, reviewed by owners, and approved before they appear on an agenda.
