Enable annotations for guest team members
Guest team members can also make annotations in the MeetingBook.
To enable this functionality, an additional MS graph permission scope must be granted by an administrator with the required privileges. Approving permissions on behalf of your organization can be done by either a Global Administrator, Application Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator in your Azure AD.
Steps to follow:
- Being logged in as a user with a previously mentioned administrator role, and also being Decisions administrator
- In the section “Connect to Microsoft 365”, turn on the “Annotation for externals” feature
- Then approve the required permission scope in the window that opens.
- Site.FullControl.All
Note that Annotations (including for guest team members) is a premium feature.
