Exchange On-prem - Hybrid configuration
Decisions is built for Office 365, Exchange Online and cloud deployment. Some use cases might work when using Exchange On-prem in Hybrid configuration, but most functionality in Decisions requires the use of Graph API and Outlook REST API. Unfortunately Microsoft Graph access to hybrid mailboxes are currently in development by Microsoft, and not supported for production use.
