With the Decisions AI Assistant 2.0 update, you now get automated pre-reads before key meetings and personalized summaries right after they end – delivered directly in Teams chat for seamless access.
Start AI summaries on mobile, finish them on desktop
The Decisions mobile app now lets you generate a meeting transcript from an in-person/hybrid meeting and then seamlessly transfer it to your desktop. From there, you can generate a full AI recap or meeting minutes integrated with all the other sources available.
Personal meeting debriefs
Now, when an AI meeting recap is generated in your Teams chat/channel, you can also generate a personal debrief. Simply click "Personal Debrief" at the bottom of the recap window, and you'll receive a personalized summary, a list of your specific action items, and feedback on your contributions.
Save meeting recap drafts
Meeting admins can now save AI meeting recaps as drafts. This allows you to pause and return later — perfect for when you need to coordinate with a colleague or step away mid-edit. Drafts are shared with all Meeting Admins, just like other draft content.
