Recurring Meetings
Decisions supports creating Agendas in recurring meetings
Recurring Meetings
Recurring Meetings scheduled in Outlook or Teams Calendar consists of one Series event, that is controlling all the recurring Occurence events. The Decisions Agenda can be published to each Occurence event and be managed on a meeting by meeting level. Currently there is no support for creating and publishing Agenda on the Series event.
Recurring Meetings Workflow
- Using Agenda from last meeting
- When creating a new agenda for the next occurence in the reccuring meeting
- Click Select Template
- Choose Recent meetings
- Then select the meeting you want to use as template
- Navigating between occurences in a Recurring Meeting
- In the Agenda, you can click on Previous and Next to navigate back and fourth in recurring meetings that has published Agendas
