Introducing Meeting Coach
Meeting Coach is designed to highlight the most impactful actions a meeting organizer or meeting attendee can take to ensure that that the next meeting is successful. It focuses on the most impactful actions and important meetings on your calendar, whether you’re an organizer or an attendee. The color coded systems also identifies tasks that are on track, time-constrained, or past due.
Message extension integration
With Decisions' integration with message extensions, you can easily send information from a message or post in Teams directly to a draft or published agenda. You can also create the agenda from scratch or trigger the meeting feedback mechanism.

AI-enabled agenda topic generator
The 'suggest agenda item' feature is now AI-enabled, allowing you to create individual agenda topics based on your input and context.
Meeting Recap enhancements
You can now sync tasks and decisions directly to your Planner board based on the recommendations made during the Meeting Recap generation.
The Meeting Recap can now be viewed or generated from a tile on the agenda view.
