Time Tracker - Alert

The Time Tracker - Alert allows you to stay on time and on track in your Teams meeting


The Time Tracker Alert ensures presenters and attendees stay on time and move the agenda along by letting them know when one minute is remaining on an agenda item so they can wrap up their thoughts. 

Enable the Time Tracker - Alert

  • Create an Agenda and allocate time for each Agenda item
  • Ensure your Decisions in-meeting side panel app is enabled for your organization
  • In the Teams meeting, open the Decisions side panel app
  • Enable the Time Tracker - Alert in the bottom right
  • Now, the Time Tracker - Alert will display 1min before the end of an agenda item
