Generating Meeting Slides
Meeting Slides quickly turns your Decisions agenda into a PowerPoint presentation, complete with any attachments. The file design can even be customized to your needs.
To use Meeting Slides, simply build an agenda as you normally would. After you've published the agenda, follow these steps:
1. Select the presentation icon on the agenda page
Decisions will open the PowerPoint app after you click the icon. Note that the Decisions Meeting Document Manager must be installed.
2. Open up the side-panel
Click the Decisions icon in the top right to open up the side panel, which will allow you to choose which content you want to merge into the PowerPoint, including whether or not to add a cover page. The side panel also shows which agenda items have attachments.
3. Generate the PowerPoint
This will merge all the requested information into one file, with separate sections for agenda items. If another PowerPoint is attached to the agenda, it will natively pull in the entire file as part of the new presentation.
4. Save and customize the file further
From here, you can modify the file just as you would a normal PowerPoint, and distribute to team members accordingly. If you make changes to the original agenda, you can regenerate the presentation file to sync any changes made.
